How the work gets checked

Orchestrator, project manager, workers, and a verifier whose job is to disagree.

  1. Orchestrator talks to me. Sets the mission and the failure modes first.
  2. Project manager breaks it into gated steps and pre-registers the expected result of each.
  3. Workers execute one bounded step each, in parallel, and write evidence, not summaries.
  4. Verifier is a fresh agent pointed at the PM. In one 14-hour, 7-worker run it refuted four of the PM's own claims.

Every AI output that touches a client or a dollar gets a checkable expected result.
